Life
Hi classmates of '57
I am living in Kent, WA with my brother Bill Leach who graduated I think in 1960.
I am a widow of 24 years and have no children or pets, but with plenty of neices and nephews and a sister that is 87 years old.
I graduated from Duquesne University in '65, and left the Pittsburgh area for San Francisco in early 70's, not to return.
I am really excited about my most recent endeaver. I have begun a new business as a Health Coach. I will be working with people on how to reach their health goals, including stress reduction, increasing energy, losing weight and improving their confidence that they can live a long, purposful life, no matter their past inequities. I'll be accomplishing this by supporting them with their food and lifestyle choices.

1960's after reading "How to Eat Right to Keep Fit" by Adele Davis. I have enjoyed studying and sharing the knowledge that I've gained over the last 16 years practicing the "Art of Self Healing" as a Certified Lymphologist, and decided to increase this knowledge and learn, in a formal training program, how to live a better life through eating well and taking care of myself. I am currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I am not only learning to improve my life, I am, also, receiving very detailed and careful instruction on how to counsel others around food, water and healthy lifestyle choices.
